Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your bookings 24 hours prior to your date of stay. If your reservation is not cancelled in accordance with this policy, you will incur a charge, equivalent to your first nights' tariff. Cancellations for Peak Periods must be made 72 hours prior to your stay. Staff will be able to inform you of peak period stay at time of making reservation. Again, failure to cancel in accordance with this policy will incur a charge, equivalent to your first nights' accommodation.
